Emirates Fashion Hub – Exchange Only Policy

At Emirates Fashion Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide an exchange-only policy to ensure you get the product that’s right for you.

Exchange Conditions:

  • You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the same packaging as received.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Please Note:

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Exchanges are available only.
  • Items purchased as final sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer cannot be exchanged.

Return the Item: After approval, send the item back using a reliable, trackable shipping service.

Processing the Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed and the new item will be shipped promptly.
